How to start

Send a short email with:

• your current stage (grievance / disciplinary / dismissal / ET preparation),

• your nearest deadline date,

• a 5–10 line summary of your situation,

• your preferred language (English or Polish).

KasFlow is for people who work in the UK and:

• are in a dispute with their employer,

• feel that something unfair is happening,

• but don’t know how to describe it, what to keep, or where to start.

KasFlow is not a law firm. I don’t give formal legal advice and I don’t represent clients in court or tribunal proceedings.

What I can do:

• organise your story into a clear timeline,

• suggest which emails and documents to secure,

• improve clarity and structure of your first written communication.

If your deadline is close, contact ACAS, your union, or a qualified solicitor immediately.

You don’t have to go through this on your own.
