How it Works

You email me a short message about your situation: where you work(ed), what stage you are at (investigation/disciplinary/ET), and which service you are interested in.

If I have capacity, I reply with payment details and a simple written template for your story.

You write your story in your own words, following the template, and send it back.

I read it carefully and send you:

• a draft chronology (and/or checklist),

• written comments and suggestions.

You decide what to do next – with your union, solicitor, ET claim or simply for your own clarity.

If you’d like to start, send a short first email including:

Your current stage (grievance/disciplinary/dismissal/ET preparation),

Your nearest deadline date,

A 5–10 line summary of your situation,

Preferred language (English or Polish),

The service you want (Starter / Evidence Safe / Monthly).
