• I ask you to write your story instead of just talking.
• I turn your written story into a chronology (timeline) and event list.
• I highlight small but important details that people often overlook.
• I help you think about what to save now (emails, notes, dates) so you don’t depend only on DSARs later.
• I provide calm, structured written comments — seeing your situation on paper often brings clarity and distance.
• I do not give formal legal advice – I am not acting as a solicitor or barrister.
• I do not represent you in the Employment Tribunal or in negotiations.
• I do not offer phone or video calls – all support is written (email / shared documents).
• I do not replace proper legal help or a union representative.
• I do help you get organised so that, if you speak to them, your time is not wasted.
• you are in the middle of an investigation or disciplinary and feel overwhelmed;
• you are thinking about an Employment Tribunal claim and have no idea where to start with your documents;
• you feel alone with your case and need someone neutral to help you write, structure and reflect – in writing, not on the phone.

If you send scanned PDFs, photos, or mixed file formats, I can prepare them so they are easier to use.
Included (where needed):
- OCR of scanned PDFs so they become searchable (you can find names/phrases/dates).
- Conversion of key evidence files into a consistent PDF format (where possible).
- A simple evidence list so your timeline can reference documents clearly.
If your documents are already searchable PDFs, I simply use them (no extra steps needed).
Very large bundles or heavy conversions may require a separate quote — always confirmed in advance.
Document handling is focused on key items needed for the service deliverables. Very large volumes may require separate pricing.
• Structured template (English or Polish).
• Your written story (up to around 10,000 words).
• What you receive (deliverables):
- Chronology v1 (timeline table) based on your story and available documents.
- A 1–2 page written commentary: what is clear, what is missing, what to tighten.
- If needed: processed evidence files (OCR/searchable PDFs and/or converted PDFs for key items), so they are easier to use and reference.
- A simple evidence list (document name + date/notes) that links your timeline to the documents.
• You explain in writing what is happening now.
• I send a practical checklist: what to save and record now.
• I review your story once and highlight:
- important events/emails,
- small details that may matter later (phrases, reactions, instructions).
• What you receive (deliverables):
- An evidence checklist: what to save now (emails, notes, documents, key phrases/instructions).
- A simple written plan: what to record after each meeting and how to back up evidence.
- If needed: light document preparation for key items you identify (OCR/searchable PDFs and/or conversion to PDF), so important evidence is not lost in unreadable formats.
One written item I review or help with, for example:
- grievance or appeal letter (up to about 3–4 pages),
- reply to HR or manager (email or letter),
- short written statement/note for grievance or ET preparation.
Longer or more complex documents (very long statements, multiple attachments, several versions) may need separate pricing.
I will always confirm this in writing before work starts.
- Work starts after written scope confirmation and payment agreement.
- One review pass is included unless agreed otherwise in writing.
- Typical response time: 24–48 business hours.
- I work with a limited number of clients at a time.
Email a short first message with:
1) your current stage (grievance / disciplinary / dismissal / ET prep),
2) your nearest deadline date,
3) a 5–10 line summary,
4) your preferred language (English/Polish),
5) service requested (Starter / Evidence Safe / Monthly).
