KasFlow was born from my own disciplinary dismissal.

I decided it would not be the end of my story — but the beginning of something useful for others.

I help employees in the UK bring order to the chaos when they get into a dispute with their employer (grievance, disciplinary, dismissal, Employment Tribunal).

I am not a lawyer – I do not provide formal legal advice.

But I can help you to:

• write out a clear timeline of events,

• identify and secure important evidence,

• prepare your first documents (for example a grievance or a reply to HR),

• look at your situation from the outside, before you speak to a solicitor or union representative.
