What I do / What I do not do
What I do
I ask you to write your story instead of just talking.
I turn your written story into a simple chronology (timeline) and event list.
I highlight small but important details (e.g. one word like “excessive” or “strong response”) that people often overlook.
I help you think about what to save now (emails, notes, dates) so you don’t depend only on DSARs later.
I offer written comments that can also support you mentally – seeing your situation on paper often gives distance and calm.
What I do not do
I do not give formal legal advice – I am not acting as a solicitor or barrister.
I do not represent you in the Employment Tribunal or in negotiations.
I do not offer phone or video calls – all support is written (email / shared documents).
I do not replace proper legal help or a union representative. I help you get organised so that, if you speak to them, your time is not wasted.
Kas Flow may be for you if:
you are in the middle of an investigation or disciplinary and feel overwhelmed;
you are thinking about an Employment Tribunal claim (or already filed one) and have no idea where to start with your documents;
you feel alone with your case and need someone neutral to help you write, structure and reflect – in writing, not on the phone.
